We dispose of pet waste responsibly, following local regulations. By default, all dog waste will be bagged and put into the home owner’s garbage container. If you’d like us to take the waste with us, there may be an additional fee for this service. Let us know your preference when scheduling!
Yes, we are happy to remove waste while your dogs are in the yard. We simply ask that if one or more of your dogs have shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. This will ensure the safety of our team members. If your dog shows aggression towards our team you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route schedule.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area. Generally, we offer 2 or maybe 3 options to best fit your schedule.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While, we will do our best to accomodate your schedule, our routes are optimized for efficient driving schedules.
